To strengthen our team at our location in Brenz, we are looking for an Employee in Quality Assurance / Product Control (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

At Plukon Brenz GmbH, we process poultry into a wide variety of products with great passion and precision. Chicken products are currently particularly trending. Fresh or frozen, we supply our popular poultry items to leading partners in both the German food retail and foodservice sectors.

Your tasks:

• Support of the quality management in the implementation of quality goals and quality policy within the company

• Implementation of measures for error prevention in the company

• Continuous inspection of production processes as well as intermediate and final products with regard to prescribed target values

• Monitoring of all departments regarding compliance with hygiene guidelines

These qualifications you should bring:

• Qualification in the field of food technology is desirable, or a related training or comparable suitability

• Initial professional experience in the food industry is desirable

• Good command of MS Office applications

• Willingness to work shifts

• Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility

• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
