Become part of our team as Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätskontrolle / CTA (m/w/d) in Berlin-Pankow – with perspective on Reinickendorf from late summer 2026!

You want to secure the quality of great products and have fun actively contributing to the development of our processes? Then we're looking forward to you!

From now on, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes at our location in Berlin-Pankow. You'll work closely with Production, Logistics, and Development, making sure our high-quality standards are always met.

Our Quality Team will move to our new location in Berlin-Reinickendorf by late summer 2026. You'll accompany this important step from the start and shape the setup of the new quality processes actively with us.

In this area, we need your support:

• You conduct quality controls, such as incoming goods inspections, quantity checks, leak tightness tests, labeling checks, and personal hygiene checks.
• You document your controls carefully and conformingly in our quality records.
• You perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests on raw materials and finished products and evaluate the results.
• You support the evaluation of quality assurance and prepare data for easy understanding.
• You train colleagues to maintain our quality standards.
• You support in blocking and releasing raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• You work on developing and optimizing our QS processes.
• You support your team with administrative tasks around quality assurance.

You bring the following experiences:

• You have a training in the food industry (Fachkraft for Lebensmitteltechnik, Fleischer, Bäcker, Lebensmitteltechniker) or CTA.
• You have fundamental knowledge of HACCP and experience in examining foods, as well as ideal knowledge of IFS standards.
• You bring first-hand experience in quality management.
• You are willing to work in early and late shifts.
• You speak German (at least C1) and English (B2).
