Your Responsibilities

• Telephone consultation of interested parties regarding our further training offers
• Identification of individual needs and career goals
• Support in selecting our further training programs
• Proactive contact with potential participants
• Accompanying interested parties from the initial inquiry to booking
• Documentation of consultation meetings in the CRM system
• Building and maintaining customer relationships

Your Profile

Career changers are explicitly welcome – experience in customer consulting or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. What is crucial is your motivation to competently advise people and your readiness for continuous development.

• Enjoyment of communication and telephone customer contact
• Interest in people, their career goals, and suitable further training opportunities
• Initiative and motivation to actively approach interested parties daily
• Commitment and ambition to earn above-average income through good consulting and successful bookings
• Willingness to learn and interest in developing further in customer consulting
• Independent and reliable work style
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

We Offer

An attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary and performance-based commission. The total annual remuneration (fixed salary + commission) ranges between €28,000 and €60,000 depending on performance, and can be higher with corresponding success.

You will receive structured training on our products, services, and sales processes and will be comprehensively supported from the start. Therefore, the position is also ideal for motivated career changers.
