Job description
Vion is an international manufacturer of meat, meat products and plant-based alternatives with production sites in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in sixteen countries worldwide. Our company delivers fresh products from pork and beef, plant-based alternatives and by-products for the retail trade, food service and the meat processing industry.
We supply customers in our home markets in the Netherlands and Germany as well as in other countries around the world. Our headquarters is located in the Dutch city of Boxtel.
Tasks
- Customer invoicing and delivery note preparation
- Processing of shipping documents
- Preparation of initial invoices
- Handling of complaints
- Inventory management
- Verification of freight charges
- Purchase order processing with subsequent verification
Qualifications
- Good to very good Excel skills
- Completed commercial training
- Teamwork ability
- Precise working method and excellent communication skills
