We, Landbäckerei Schmidt GmbH, are a medium-sized family company in the 4th generation. Our bakery in Königstein in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, where we combine traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. In over 40 specialized branches – from Saxon Switzerland to Dresden – we combine artisanal baking art with modern technology and bake fresh bread, rolls, cakes, and tarts daily according to our own recipes.
