Your varied job responsibilities with us:

* IT support:
* Planning, coordination, and implementation of the IT strategy for the community;
* Overall responsibility for IT and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and coordinating external service providers
* Procurement and maintenance of hardware and software landscape
* Support for the external data protection officer in their role as data protection coordinator
* Freedom of Information Act (licensing / acquisition)
* Building and property management
* Disaster prevention
* Event permits
* Traffic management
* Management of children's playgrounds
* Committee support

What you bring:

* Good technical understanding, acquired through for example the completion of a vocational school for building technology or an IT/EDV training program
* A comparable technical education or
* A general higher education and good technical and IT basic understanding or
* A technical apprenticeship with some years of work experience
* Driving license class B
* Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks

General admission requirements:

* Willingness to take the service examination according to the Upper Austrian Community Service Training 2002
* Personal, physical, and professional suitability
* Knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking
* Austrian citizenship or EU/European Economic Area (EEA) citizenship
* Men: completion of military or alternative service

Selection procedure:

The selection procedure will be conducted according to the Upper Austrian Community Service Law and Remuneration Act 2002. Any costs (travel expenses, etc.) incurred in connection with the selection procedure will not be reimbursed.
