Employee Real Estate Management (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• taking over the object management of residential and commercial properties
• serving as a contact person for branch managers, employees, and landlords regarding questions about the properties
• coordinating and controlling external service providers and companies
• coordinating/monitoring the consumption data of suppliers and their contracts
• assigning orders for the implementation of maintenance measures, modernizations, and preparation and implementation of construction and renovation projects
• assistant tasks

Your profile

• a successfully completed education as a real estate agent (m/w/d) and/or equivalent qualification
• several years of professional experience in the independent management of properties
• independent and responsible working style
• customer orientation
