Job description
We are looking for you at the earliest possible time as Employee in Sales Support (m/w/d) within an unlimited employment contract for our . In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- First point of contact (m/w/d) for our customers, distributors, service providers and external sales staff
- Processing of national customer orders (using SAP R3/BW)
- Handling of complaints
- Maintenance of customer master data
- Correspondence with customers, external sales staff and logistics companies
