Your tasks with us

• You provide attentive customer service: You actively approach people, answer questions and help find the right products.
• You create genuine encounters: Whether at the cash register, in conversation or on the shelves – you are present, friendly and reliable.
• You design our sales floors with: You bring ideas for product presentation and ensure that our book worlds remain lively.
• You set up our inventory in scene: You understand how products work – and present them so that they spark curiosity.
• You work efficiently in the warehouse management: From receiving goods to storage maintenance, you keep track of everything and pitch in.
• You use digital systems with ease: Orders, inventory management, e-reading or cash processes – you navigate the digital bookstore confidently.
• You actively participate in the team: You work reliably, support colleagues and take responsibility for daily business.
