• Provision of professional support for our customers regarding technical questions and problems concerning our concrete technology products
• Creation of cost estimates for major repairs or planned conversions
• Regular visits to our existing customers to identify needs and potential improvements
• Reporting of complex technical problems to the manufacturing plants and advising on the next steps
• Specification of required spare parts for customer service assignments, end customer inquiries, and sales requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field, ideally with a master craftsman or technician qualification
• Work experience in the service sector or in technical support of concrete technology machinery and equipment desirable
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanics
• High customer and service orientation combined with a structured and organized way of working
