Tasks

• Processing ongoing financial accounting (creditors, debtors, asset accounts)
• Carrying out account reconciliations and clearing differences
• Processing payroll runs
• Daily recording and booking of bank transactions
• Monthly recording and booking of salaries and wages according to the accounting list
• Ongoing recording and booking of fixed assets
• Recording and booking of provisions and allocations
• Recording and booking of allowances
• Monthly processing of value-added tax advance notifications
• Processing and clarification of tax issues
• Support in business and tax audits

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training program
• Ideal experience in a comparable function
• Knowledge of German tax law and HGB
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• User knowledge in the area of accounting software (ideally Microsoft D365)
• High team skills
• Outstanding numerical affinity and analytical strength
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and thoroughness
