Are you communicative, looking for a permanent position, and want to work with full flexibility from home? For our client, we are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) in telephone appointment scheduling for field service.

This job offer is for a direct permanent position in the home office. All technical hardware (laptop, headset, etc.) will be provided free of charge by the employer. You bring the motivation and a pleasant phone voice; we will take care of everything else!

Responsibilities

Appointment Scheduling: Telephone contact with potential customers to arrange consultation appointments for field service (no sales)
Calendar Management: Efficient planning and coordination of field service routes in digital calendar systems
Master Data Maintenance: Careful entry and updating of all customer information in the CRM system
Interface Work: Close exchange with the field service team for optimal preparation of appointments

Qualifications

Communication Skills: Very good German skills in speaking and writing, and enjoyment of phone calls
Reliability: Independent and structured way of working in the home office
Home Office Equipment: A quiet workspace and a stable internet connection (DSL/Cable) on-site
Career Changers Welcome: Experience in a call center or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement; thorough training is guaranteed!
