Employee in the Helpdesk Area (m/w/d)

The Radio P.O.S GmbH with its headquarters in Kiel has been a complete service provider for the retail industry for over 30 years. With more than 150 employees, the Radio P.O.S Group is one of the market leaders. We develop, install and maintain digital solutions worldwide around the sales floor for well-known customers.

We are continuing to grow and are looking for our Service Department, Media Service Group GmbH, to strengthen our team at short notice on a full-time or part-time basis (from 24 hours) without a fixed term.

Tasks

The following tasks await you:

• 1st-Level-Support: Problem identification, error analysis and problem-solving in writing and speech
• Processing technical and application-specific customer inquiries
• Proactive technical project support without sales activities

Qualification

This profile would excite us:

• Very good communication skills in writing and speech
• Teamwork, but also independent self-responsible work
• A high degree of solution- and service-orientedness
• Experience with ticket systems
• Availability for shift work in the team from 8 am to 7 pm
• Tech affinity, especially for audio, TV, and IT products
• Good German language skills in writing and speech, English is an advantage
