We are growing and looking for a new employee to join our Backoffice team. As part of our Backoffice team, you will actively shape the processes behind the scenes. You will ensure that payments flow correctly, data matches, and processes interlock. If you enjoy structured work, taking responsibility, and having fun with administrative tasks, you will fit in perfectly with us.
Tasks
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the contracts of our customers
- You will manage the onboarding of new customers and conduct KYC checks in accordance with regulatory requirements
- You will ensure the correct processing of commission settlements, financial clearings, and transaction payments
- You will process refunds, credits, and settlements independently
- You will conduct independent research on payment transactions in cases of discrepancies or questions
Qualification
- You have already gained some professional experience – ideally in the above-mentioned field
- You are willing to engage actively in new topics and take responsibility
- You bring an affinity for numbers and financial connections – and enjoy working structured and precisely
- You are confident in handling digital tools and quickly adapt to new systems
- You communicate clearly, friendly, and solution-oriented – both in writing and orally
- You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking, and ideally English language skills
