Tasks

• Processing customer inquiries by phone and online
• Friendly and professional customer communication
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments to optimize utilization
• Supporting the design of a top-notch customer experience

Qualification

• Pleasure in dealing with people and an open-minded attitude
• Organizational talent and enthusiasm for structured processes
• Engagement and curiosity, wanting to learn everything about our car dealership and customers
• Idealistically, first experience in customer service – but lateral entrants are warmly welcome!
