To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an employee for returns and reclamations (all genders) as of now. Your tasks: Customer service and support within the RMA process Return processing and handling of customer complaints Handling of returned goods and processing of warranty claims Coordination with suppliers and logistics partners Processing of customer inquiries and requests Providing information on product features and usage guidelines Assisting in the development of new products and services Your qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a similar role (e.g. customer service, sales) Good communication skills and ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace Knowledge of German language is an advantage but not mandatory.
