Tasks

• You are responsible for creating and reviewing private medical billing on the basis of medical documentation.
• You support patients and clients in asserting their claims against the payers argumentatively.
• You advise our customers according to the GOÄ rulebook.

Qualification

• You have completed a medical or healthcare-related training program (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
• You can demonstrate relevant work experience in private medical billing (e.g. in a private billing office) - for full-time employment at home, this is essential.
• You are well-versed in the application of GOÄ, UV-GOÄ, and IGeL.
• Your knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is very good.
• You have an interest in further education and training.
• You have good computer skills in the MS Office area that facilitate your work.
• Your excellent written and spoken communication skills round out your personal profile.
