We are looking for an employee for social service. Availability on Wednesday and Friday is desired, the third day is negotiable
You will advise patients and relatives on questions of home and stationary aftercare, introduction of rehabilitation measures, clarification of social law issues, as well as support in illness-related conflict and stress situations.
