Tasks -You will be in close contact with our customers and partners ? by phone and by email -You will plan efficiently the daily schedule of our service technicians and ensure their optimal utilization -You will take over administrative and organizational tasks in the backoffice -You will maintain and update customer data to ensure high data quality. Profile -Completed commercial basic training or comparable professional experience -Very good communication skills in writing and speaking in German; additional languages are an asset -Experience in a call center (In/Outbound, Frontoffice) or complaint management is an advantage -SAP knowledge is a plus -Ability to remain calm and composed even in hectic situations.
