Our growth brings new opportunities: As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you design efficient processes, clarify outstanding claims, and ensure the quality of our workflows.

Tasks

• You, together with your team, are responsible for clarifying and realizing outstanding claims from our customers in Germany
• You process automatic reminders, claims in extrajudicial proceedings, negotiate and create payment plans and installment agreements
• You report claims in insolvency proceedings and conduct correspondence in extrajudicial debt adjustment proceedings
• You monitor uncollectible claims and provide a recommendation for write-off

Qualification

• You have knowledge in the field of accounts receivable management with several years of professional experience
• You are familiar with legal foundations in debt collection and enforcement proceedings
• You possess very good analytical thinking and organizational skills
• You stand out for your independent and thorough work style, willingness to take on tasks, and assertiveness
• You are open-minded, communicative, and have a confident and negotiation-proof demeanor
• You have very good German language skills
