Employee Fund Reporting Germany

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Tax Reporting Germany of Fund Investments for investors / Execution of analyses of extensive tax and financial datasets / Creation and review of forms to fulfill tax reporting obligations for investors in Germany / Creation of tabular summaries and drafting of footnotes for investors, e.g., regarding reportable transactions / Processing of various client orders and ensuring that special cases are correctly captured and the results of the detailed reporting are accurate / Development of analytical dashboards and reporting frameworks as well as optimization of reporting processes, automation, and quality controls / Monitoring the quality of report outputs, including the correction of potential errors in collaboration with support teams / Participation in projects spanning multiple countries and time zones / Contribution to the development of AI-based tools for automating analyses and ensuring compliance with legal regulations / Ad-hoc projects.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax Law or Business Law / Practical professional experience in German Tax Reporting with one of the 'Big Four' or a tax advisory firm / Knowledge of tax legislation and relevant forms / Professional experience in the fund industry with investor reporting / Analytical thinking and teamwork skills / Strong attention to detail and problem-solving competence / Strong project management and communication skills / Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment / Adaptability and resilience in dealing with change / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
