Financial Staff, Accounting & Systems (m/w/d)

We are a growing company in the fire protection industry with the goal of expanding our business nationwide.

In parallel, we are building our own software to make our processes more efficient and scalable. To achieve this, we are also developing our financial and accounting structures anew.

Tasks

You will work at the interface between accounting, finance, and internal systems.

In doing so, you will take over both operational tasks in accounting as well as responsibility for the further development of our processes and structures.

Operative Accounting (fixed component):

• Preparation and review of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Booking ongoing business transactions
• Maintenance and alignment of accounts
• Support for monthly closings

Systems & Development:

• Participation in the setup of our own software in the financial sector
• Definition of requirements for evaluations, processes, and overviews
• Development of meaningful structures for numbers and reports
• Tight cooperation with technical implementation

Further Development:

• Improvement and simplification of existing processes
• Introduction of digital processes and automations
• Setup of transparent evaluations and monthly reports

Perspective:

• Preliminary preparation of value-added tax returns
• Setup of liquidity overviews
• Support for calculations and cost control

Qualification

• Vocational training or studies in the field of finance, accounting, or business administration
• First professional experience (approx. 2-5 years)
• Experience with accounting programs (e.g. DATEV or similar)
• Structured and independent working style

You are willing to work operationally, but at the same time want to understand, improve, and take responsibility for processes.
