Finance/Payroll Employee (m/f/d) in Part-Time (20 - 25 hours/week)

Tasks

In the Finance area:

• Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting according to applicable VAT law
• Customer and supplier verification, as well as their assessment with regard to payment and credit terms
• Maintenance of customer/supplier master data
• Execution of payment runs and dunning
• Support for monthly and annual financial statements

In the Payroll area:

• Independent execution of payroll accounting with DATEV, taking into account the applicable labor, wage tax, and social security law
• Processing of reporting and certification procedures
• Administration and maintenance of payroll-relevant personnel data
• Contact person for employees and authorities on payroll-relevant topics

Qualification

What you bring:

• Professional experience in payroll and financial accounting
• Completed commercial or tax law training or comparable degree is an advantage
• Secure handling of DATEV and DATEV Payroll/Personnel
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working
• High affinity for numbers and initiative
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
• Good German and English skills
