Zuständigkeiten- Processing of monthly salary accounts
- Maintenance, verification, and updating of personnel and working time data
- Administration of bonuses, supplements, special payments, and attachments
- Clearing up accounting discrepancies
- Contact person for employees, authorities, and social insurance providers
- Processing of special cases such as anniversary payments, occupational pension or one-time payments
- Economic education or several years of professional experience in salary accounting
- Professional experience in wage and salary accounting
- Familiarity with common accounting software
- Knowledge of tax, labor, and social insurance law is advantageous
- Communication skills, stress tolerance, independent working style
