Employee Dialogue Team (m/w/d)

The Van Mossel Karosserie & Lack GmbH, part of the Van Mossel Group, is one of the leading providers of bodywork and vehicle repair in Europe. It is a strongly growing part of Van Mossel with currently 4 locations and approximately 130 employees. Long-term, an increase to around 300 employees is expected.

We are looking for you as an Employee Dialogue Team (m/w/d) at our location in Hamburg. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners and ensure a smooth process and communication with friendliness and professionalism, and actively contribute to the development of the company.

Tasks

• The communication with customers, colleagues, and partners both by phone and via email or through various portals/systems
• The order acceptance and processing in our systems, the scheduling of inspection and repair appointments as well as internal coordination
• The reservation of replacement vehicles for our customers and the coordination of pick-up and delivery services
• The overview of the utilization of our locations and incoming repair requests
• The reliable coordination between customer, insurance company, and location with the goal of designing processes efficiently and customer-oriented.

Qualification

• You possess a completed commercial or comparable vocational training. Ideally, you already have experience as a service assistant in the customer service of an automobile dealership or bodywork and paint shop.
• You are equipped with very good communicative skills and impress with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Contacting people from different backgrounds through various media is enjoyable for you.
• You work structured, bring numerical affinity, and communicate team-oriented.
• You have already gained experience with IT systems and are familiar with MS Word, Excel, and internet applications.
• Your enthusiasm for performance and your ability to see changes as opportunities make you an ideal candidate for this position. You are willing to go new ways together with us and drive our company forward.
