Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

As a Customer Service employee (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for customers and interested parties who want to find out about our products or have questions. You handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing and support the development department in the further development of our products.
The most important goals in customer service include customer satisfaction during registration and financing on our platform.

Tasks

• Conducting written and telephone correspondence
• Contact person for buyers and suppliers
• Monitoring the financing platform
• Conducting inductions for users of the financing platform
• Support for further developments and acceptance of the new products
• Creation and maintenance of internal process documentation
• Evaluation of customer surveys and possible recommendations for action
• Support of software tests
• Registration and activation – Inside Sales
• Documentation of activities in the CRM system

Qualification

• Friendly handling even in stressful situations
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Further foreign languages (e.g. Italian, Turkish) an advantage
• Safe handling of the PC
