Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)

Job Description

At BA Logistics, the logistics center of benuta, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Customer Service ensures that our customers are always competently supported – from order receipt to delivery.

Your Tasks

• You support our customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) and process their inquiries professionally
• You ensure high customer satisfaction by processing requests quickly and solution-oriented
• You support e-commerce processes, such as order processing, returns, or complaints
• You document and maintain customer information in our CRM system
• You contribute to process optimizations and training for improving customer service
• You work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality

Job Requirements

You bring the following:

• You have experience in customer service or similar fields
• You are familiar with CRM systems
• You know e-commerce processes
• You speak very good German and English
• You are customer-oriented and empathetic
• You work solution-oriented and proactively, even in stressful situations
• You are flexible and adapt to dynamic requirements
• You are team-oriented and work safely in international, multicultural teams
