Customer Service Employee 80-100%, (m/f)

Your task:

• Telephone and written support and advice for customers in German and French
• Receipt, entry, and timely processing of customer orders
• Providing information on prices, products, delivery times, and availability
• Independent processing of complaints, returns, and customer concerns
• Maintenance and updating of customer, item, and order data in the ERP system
• Close collaboration with the field service as well as the Product Management, Purchasing, and Logistics departments
• Active internal exchange and cooperative collaboration with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ, TPA or equivalent
• Experience in internal sales desirable
• Very good command of digital systems, experience with Navision, Salesforce etc. advantageous
• Very good German language skills
• Very good French language skills
• Interest and enjoyment in customer contact
• Independent, flexible, and proactive way of working
