Employee Customer Contact Our Profession and our Passion - «HR-Management» As a successful, ISO 9001:2018 certified personnel services company with over 47 branches and over 500 employees in Switzerland, Flexsis AG has been maintaining a partnership-based cooperation with numerous companies and candidates since 1997 through its specialized divisions. For our customer, we are looking for motivated individuals who can start immediately or after agreement to work as Customer Contact Employees. The main tasks will be: • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person; • Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently; • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers; • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities; • Participating in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have: • A high school diploma or equivalent; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.
