Employee Controlling/Finance/Personnel (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for operational processes in finance and accounting
• Ensuring efficient financial and liquidity management
• Contact person for tax consulting, auditing, banks, and internal departments
• Creation of reports, analyses, and plans
• Support and further development of controlling, including budget planning, forecasts, and actual-target analyses
• Preparation of project billing for projects in the international area of our company
• Support with administrative tasks in personnel management

Your Profile:

• You have at least two years of professional experience in finance and accounting or controlling in a medium-sized company.
• You possess sound knowledge in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, and controlling.
• Experience in billing and administrative support of publicly funded projects is advantageous.
• Initial experience in personnel management (HR) is desirable.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP/accounting systems is advantageous.
• You have a proactive and independent way of working.
• You are strong analytically, structured, solution-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
