Employee Controlling Production Plants Bus (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management: Monitoring of productivity, factory costs, operating profit, quality indicators (scrap), delivery reliability, and inventories.
• Cost Accounting & Controlling: Analysis of manufacturing costs, contribution margins, calculation of production orders, and variance analyses (plan-actual).
• Process Optimization: Identification of weak points, derivation of measures for efficiency improvement (e.g., within the framework of Lean Management).
• Reporting: Creation of consolidated monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses for the bus production network and presentation to management.

Qualification

• Education: Completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering (technical-commercial understanding).
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a production environment.
• IT Skills: Sound SAP knowledge as well as excellent MS Office skills.
• Personality: Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, structured way of working, and communication/presentation skills as an interface between production and management.
