Employee Controlling (m/w/d)

As a central point of contact for all financial matters, you will support the management directly. With your sense of numbers, processes, and economics, you will actively contribute to the strategic and operational development of our company.

Tasks

Your focal points are:

• Participation in setting up the financial planning, forecasting, monthly and annual accounts, and expenditure statements
• Support for budget planning and implementation of strategic company goals
• Identification of potential savings and improvement opportunities to efficiently design processes
• Preparation of analyses, evaluations, and presentations for management
• Responsibility for statistical reports / preparation of performance statistics
• Development of controlling instruments, KPIs, and processes
• Participation in projects for process optimization and digitalization
• Purchasing and management of operating materials

Qualification

You fit us if:

• You have completed a commercial education, business studies or something comparable
• You feel comfortable in controlling, especially in financial analysis and budget planning
• You have a well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking as well as high affinity for working with data and numbers
• You are fit in MS Office and have a strong affinity to Excel
• You ideally have experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• You already have knowledge as a business representative for waste (KrWG) or are willing to acquire it
• You enjoy shopping and bring a good sense of procurement processes
• You speak and write German very well
• You like to work in a team, communicate effectively, and bring your own ideas
• You have a desire for a long-term perspective in a mid-sized family-owned company and see your life's midpoint in the region
