To support our finance team, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated Accounting Staff (m/f/d). You work meticulously, maintain an overview even with complex issues, and want to contribute your experience in a professional environment? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Responsibilities

• Processing and booking of current business transactions
• Verification, classification, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Monitoring open items and supporting dunning processes
• Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of discrepancies
• Processing and control of payment transactions
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintenance and management of accounting-related documents and master data
• Cooperation with internal contacts as well as tax advisors and other external partners

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
• Good knowledge of commercial and tax law is an advantage
• Professional experience in financial accounting is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with DATEV desirable
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable way of working
• High sense of responsibility and good understanding of numbers
• Team spirit, reliable communication, and independent work
