Accounting Staff (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time from 30h/week, Location 1230 Vienna

Our client, Glasziegler GmbH, is a renowned Austrian glass finishing and wholesale company with 200 years of market experience and the contact for all matters concerning glass.

As a glass wholesaler, Glasziegler supplies customers throughout Austria with insulating glass, flat glass, doors, showers, and much more made of GLASS. Fittings and sealants complete the product range and make Glasziegler a complete product provider. Why recommended?

What you should bring:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Good IT skills (BMD NTCS, MS Office, especially Excel)
• Accurate, structured, and independent way of working
• Team spirit, reliability, and discretion

What areas of responsibility await you?

• Independent execution of ongoing accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• Digital document processing and paperless bookkeeping
• Posting of bank transactions
• Account reconciliations and dunning process
• Preparation and support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• General administrative tasks in finance and accounting
