We are looking for an employee to strengthen our team!

We are the central administration company of a well-established care group with over 20 nursing homes and care services, as well as more than 4,000 employees. As a financial competence center for the group, we take over the accounting and control of administrative processes for our facilities.

Aufgaben

Accounting:

• Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
• Kontenabstimmung und Klärung offener Sachverhalte
• Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs
• Überwachung und Abstimmung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Verwaltungsmitarbeitern unserer Einrichtung und der zentralen Verwaltung

Payroll Accounting:

• Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnungen
• Pflege der Personalstammdaten
• Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
• Unterstützung bei personalrelevanten Fragestellungen

Qualifikation

• Interesse an der Finanzbuchhaltung, Lohnbuchhaltung bzw. Rechnungswesen allgemein
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
