We are offering a position for at least 30 hours per week as an employee (m/w/d) in the accounting department at our main location in Ilmenau, Thuringia – in the heart of Germany!

Tasks

As part of our motivated team, you will take on various general accounting tasks and actively contribute to a smooth flow of internal processes and customer support.

• Order processing and invoicing
• Forwarding and processing of customer inquiries
• Creation and delivery of software licenses
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data

Qualification

• Completed accounting training or comparable qualification – also enthusiastic newcomers with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, self-motivated work style are welcome
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, preferably experience in order processing and customer support
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Analytical thinking and a friendly and approachable demeanor towards customers with a high level of attention to detail and discretion
