Employee Cost Accounting m/w/d

As an established housing cooperative with a savings institution, we manage around 3,000 of our own rental apartments for over 7,000 members in Esslingen am Neckar. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Employee Cost Accounting / Cost Accounting (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Preparation and review of cost and heating cost accounts
• Processing of inquiries about cost accounting
• Maintenance and administration of relevant data for accounting purposes
• Collaboration with external service providers and suppliers
• Support in optimizing internal accounting processes
• Contact person for internal departments as well as tenants

Qualification

• Professional experience in bookkeeping, cost accounting, ideally in the housing industry
• Good knowledge of heating and ancillary costs accounting
• Safe handling of IT systems
• Careful working method
• Service- and service-oriented approach
• Pleasure in dealing with numbers
