Come to our BADEHAUS Werfenweng – a new, public bathhouse for the residents of Werfenweng, for guests, and for the entire region. Modern bathing, family, and sauna areas are being created on approximately 1,800 m² amidst the mountains at an altitude of 902 meters above sea level, not far from Salzburg.

Employment Type: Full-time

• You supervise the pool, ensure smooth operation of the baths, and conduct swimming lessons for children and adults.
• With you at the poolside, our guests are safe and can swim in a relaxed manner.
• Whether young or old: All guests are cared for with equal attention and individually supported in improving their swimming skills.
• You check the water quality using simple measurement methods and ensure a hygienically perfect bathing experience.
• You regularly check the showers and changing rooms: They should be tidy and clean.

• Fun and joy in working with people and conducting swimming lessons.
• Completed training as a bath and sauna attendant for large facilities, a swimming pool attendant, or a comparable qualification.
• Completed swimming instructor training (ideally with Austrian certification).
• First aid course.
• Good language skills in German and English.
• Your pleasant manner and friendly nature, as well as good manners, will delight colleagues and guests.

• Annual position with 14 salaries.
• For this position, a collective agreement minimum wage of EUR 2,571.00 gross per month applies (based on a 45-hour week). An overpayment is expressly intended depending on qualification and professional experience.
