Employee Outsourcing Management (W/M/D)
Job description
Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid | Pulsnitz
In this role, you will support the outsourcing management in implementing regulatory requirements. You will review, document, and maintain relevant information about external service providers and take on additional work related to data protection topics.
Tasks
- You will support the operational implementation of regulatory and internal guidelines in outsourcing management
- You will maintain and update documentation on outsourcing, procurement, and IKT-service agreements
- You will conduct outsourcing and information registers and prepare information for reports, audits, and inquiries
- You will accompany risk analyses, significance assessments, and controls with structured work and consistent follow-up
- You will support departments in obtaining, reviewing, and documenting service provider-related information and documents
- You will take on additional work related to data protection topics and keep the timely processing by the Data Protection Officer in mind
Qualification
- You have a completed commercial education or comparable qualification
- You have ideally experience in a regulated environment, such as outsourcing management, compliance, supply chain law, data protection
- You can understand regulatory requirements, structure them, and transfer them into documentation, checklists, or records
- You work carefully, reliably, and keep deadlines, documents, and open points safely in mind
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or register management is an asset
- You have fluent German skills and ideally English skills
