We are looking for you as a team member of our Order Management department at the Bochum location. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an Employee Order Management & Control (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Planning and coordination of orders in the hardware lifecycle environment in close cooperation with sales and production.
• Monitoring and tracking of compliance with promised delivery dates to customers.
• Collaboration with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth and successful delivery and, if necessary, return processing of orders.
• Assistance in the further development of processes in the context of production and logistics, as well as support for implementing them into the ERP system SAP R/3.
• Creation of transport orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Web-shop order processing and further processing.
• Registration of warranty extensions.
• Material master data management.
• Preparation of evaluations (inventory levels, etc.), reports, and documentation.

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field combined with further education as a business or trade manager (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with ERP systems SAP R/3 or S/4 in the context of production and logistics, optionally proAlpha, Navision, etc.
• Safe handling of the MS Office package, particularly MS Excel.
• Familiarity with German language in writing and speaking, basic knowledge of English.
• Customer- and service-orientedness.
• Teamwork ability.
