We help find suitable people or partner companies, shape change, and develop organizational structures. Tasks

Take our CRM to the next level. You connect data-based sales processes with creative campaign implementation and turn customer contacts into lasting relationships.

• Maintenance and optimization of our CRM system
• Active customer care
• Tracking of sales opportunities
• Data analysis and preparation, particularly with MS Excel
• Preparation and presentation of presentations, information materials, and offers
• Support in planning and implementing social media activities
• Phone contact with customers and business partners

Qualification

• Commercial education or completed studies with professional experience
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Professional, approachable demeanor and excellent teamwork skills
• Independent and structured work style, enthusiasm for communication and forward-thinking action
• Discretion, reliability, and interest in entrepreneurial connections
