Job description
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
WE OFFER:
- Organization and supervision of the mechanical workshop and the subordinate team
- Ensuring the continuity of work of machines, production equipment, and installations
- Planning, organizing, and supervising inspections, overhauls, and maintenance work of machines and equipment
- Cooperation with suppliers of spare parts and service companies
- Supervision over the maintenance of required technical documentation
- Ensuring an appropriate level of employment and qualifications of employees in the subordinate area
- Supervision over the work of external companies
- Monitoring the team's work, particularly in terms of quality, efficiency, compliance with work discipline, and Health and Safety regulations
- Preparation and updating of job descriptions for subordinate employees and participation in their periodic evaluation
- Solving current technical and organizational problems and reporting irregularities to superiors
- Conducting analyses of the technical efficiency of machines, equipment, installations, buildings, and structures
- Coordinating the warehouse management of spare parts, including ensuring adequate stock levels
- Optimizing costs in the subordinate area
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a maintenance department or a similar position
- Experience in organizing and supervising a team
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Good work organization, responsibility, and independence in action
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Qualification certificate authorizing the operation of energy devices, installations, and networks in the operational and supervisory position for group 2 and 3 devices
