You will be responsible for:

• coordinating the work of body shop workers, paint shop workers, and detailing department employees
• quality control of body shop and paint shop repairs
• performing basic and additional inspections, placing orders in systems, and performing Audatex system cost estimates
• taking care of the service team and co-creating solutions to improve its work
• caring about customer satisfaction and potential customers of the company
• active management of incoming calls and emails
• team building and taking care of the development of subordinate employees
• preparing reports and analyses consistent with current needs

Requirements

• Middle school education or higher
• Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in computer use
• Familiarity with Audatex catalog management
• Interest in automotive and repair topics
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsibility and accountability in performing assigned tasks
• Category B driving license
