Master of Electrical Repairs (m/f)

We are currently looking for a person to work in the position of Master of Electrical Repairs (m/f) in the Electrical Branch, Technical Division of CMC Poland Sp. z o.o. steelworks in Zawiercie:

• Supervision over the maintenance of electrical equipment, their control, automation, and computer systems to ensure production continuity
• Development of plans and scope for repairs, overhauls, and maintenance of equipment
• Supervision and participation in the maintenance, overhauls, and repairs of electrical equipment, as well as installations and commissioning of new ones
• Supervision and participation in troubleshooting and repairs of equipment failures
• Analysis of causes of failures and downtime
• Supervision over the technical condition of equipment and control of spare parts inventory
• Modernization of existing electrical equipment and their control in cooperation with external companies and updating machine documentation
• Management of the subordinate team of employees and organization of their work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and supervision over ensuring safe working conditions
• Work in a 1-shift system (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

• Minimum technical secondary education in the field of electrical or electromechanical engineering
• Very good knowledge of electrical engineering
• SEP G1 qualifications – for operation and supervision
• Ability to read electrical diagrams
• Ability to analyze data and effectively diagnose causes of failures
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (including Excel)
• Ability to set priorities
• Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
• Experience in leading a team is a plus
