SCOPE OF DUTIES:

- Comprehensive organization of work in the sewing workshop area
- Support and supervision of subordinate employees
- Quality control over the sewing process
- Solving current production problems
- Ongoing cooperation with other departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum secondary education (technical/technological/textile profiles are welcome)
- Experience in people management
- Experience in a sewing workshop is welcome
- Good knowledge of sewing processes is welcome
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Conscientiousness and systematic approach
- Independence in action and commitment to the work performed
- Analytical thinking skills
- Teamwork skills
