Machining Leader (m/w/d) in our Pre-Fabricated Plant

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, organization and control of machining processes in our pre-fabricated plant. This includes the coordination with other departments, such as production planning, quality assurance and logistics. You will also be involved in the development of new machining processes and the optimization of existing ones. Your tasks will include: • Planning and organizing machining processes in accordance with production plans and schedules; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth process execution; • Monitoring and controlling machining processes to achieve high quality and efficiency standards; • Developing and optimizing machining processes in collaboration with colleagues from other departments; • Identifying and implementing improvements for the machining process; • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and environmental protection requirements. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Machining Leader (m/w/d) who has a strong background in machining technology and is familiar with the latest manufacturing technologies. You should have experience in planning and organizing machining processes, as well as knowledge of quality management systems and environmental protection regulations. In addition to your technical expertise, you should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively and have excellent organizational skills.
