We are looking for you to bring a YouTube channel to the next level! 🙌 As part of my consulting, I help a company get started on YouTube: with contents that explain complex topics simply and make them visually appealing. To turn good topics into videos that attract people and keep them engaged until the end, we need exactly you.

Tasks

• You develop themes and formats that really work on YouTube
• You write scripts: strong hook, clear structure, captivating storytelling
• You think about packaging with title ideas, thumbnail concepts, and hooks
• You make complex topics simple without making it flat
• You look at numbers and lead the next steps based on that

Qualification

• A good understanding of how YouTube works (hook, pacing, watchtime, CTR)
• Writing talent and a sense for storytelling that keeps people engaged
• Self-sufficient work and an eye for the bigger picture
• Learner's willingness and enthusiasm to think about new topics
• Bonus point: experience with explanatory or B2B contents
