To ensure that everything runs smoothly at our events, we're looking for you as reliable support in technical remote support. You'll help our customers and event teams by phone if questions arise on-site about the photobox, setup, or operation.

At MINTANO, it's not about a classic call center with constantly ringing phones. The number of calls is manageable. What's important is that you're available during your working hours, preferably sitting at your desk, and can react quickly, friendly, and solution-oriented in case of emergencies. The agreed-upon time windows will be fully compensated — regardless of how many calls actually come in.

Aufgaben

• You'll support our customers by phone with technical questions about our photoboxes
• You'll help with typical support cases, such as connection, operation, restart, printer, camera, or software
• You'll analyze problems calmly and structuredly and find a quick solution together with the person on site
• You'll document support cases briefly and understandably, so our team always has an overview
• You'll provide feedback on recurring questions and help us improve our processes, guidelines, and technology
• You'll be available during agreed-upon support hours and can react quickly to calls

Qualifikation

• You have a well-developed technical understanding and can quickly get familiar with new systems
• You enjoy talking on the phone and impress with very good manners, patience, and clear communication
• Customer orientation is second nature to you — even when things need to happen quickly
• You work reliably, independently, and keep a cool head even in stressful moments
• You have a quiet working environment and can sit at your desk during your working hours
• You can take on 2-4 evenings per week or individual weekend slots
• You speak fluent German; English skills are a plus
• First experiences in technical support, customer service, event management, or with photoboxes are helpful but not necessary

The working hours are generally flexible and will be coordinated together.

Our most important support times lie mainly:

• Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 20:00 Uhr
• Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00 Uhr

Since our photoboxes are often used at events, reliability during these time windows is particularly important. There won't be constant calls coming in — but when support is needed, a quick and professional response counts.
