We, Drei Kirschen GmbH, are looking for creative support in the field of Social Media & UGC that consumes not only content but also conceives, produces, maintains, and thinks ahead.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

-Content & UGC

-Conceptualization & creation of UGC-content (Reels, posts, stories, TikToks)

-Development of creative content ideas in the Nail- & Beauty-field

-Trend research & platform analysis

-Cutting & design with Canva, CapCut & Co.

-Use of KI-tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for optimization

-Community management

-Answering DMs & comments

-Active community building

-Analysis of the community structure

-Passing on feedback & insights

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

-Affinity to Nails, manicure & nail design

-Very good sense for social media trends

-Understanding of platform mechanisms (Reels, stories, hooks, watchtime etc.)

-Creativity & self-initiative

-Safe handling with common graphic- & cutting programs (e.g. Canva, Capcut)

-Structured, independent working style
