Hey, I'm Caro! Founder of Maivy – the brand that rethinks hair accessories.

Founded from a real everyday problem, we're growing rapidly – with a strong community, a clear purpose, and lots of style. Our Maivy Bands are not only hair-friendly and water-resistant but also look quite good as an armband.

To make Maivy continue to grow, I'm looking for a creative, motivated support – right by my side.

Tasks

• SUPPORT IN CREATING SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube
• Cutting & Preparing Reels, Shorts, TikToks & Videos
• You're not only behind the camera but also in front of it to be seen
• Creating and planning Pins & Creatives with Canva (& other AI tools)
• PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: Answering messages & comments, interacting with the community
• CARING FOR RATINGs & CUSTOMER FEEDBACK in the online shop (e.g., responding to comments)
• SUPPORTING THE EDITORIAL PLAN, TREND RESEARCH, AND INFLUENCER COOPERATIONS
• PARTICIPATION IN 1-2 CONTENT DAYS per month in Hamburg (drinks & snacks are free 😉)

Qualification

• You're comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva (ideally also Pinterest)
• You have experience in VIDEO EDITING (e.g., CapCut, Edits, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.)
• You have a good sense for visual storytelling, trends, and aesthetics
• You're open, creative & curious – and can get excited about Maivy
• Hair accessories, fashion or jewelry? That's your thing!

The workplace is flexible – you can WORK REMOTELY, with occasional meetings in Hamburg.
START IS POSSIBLE IMMEDIATELY, but a later start is also no problem.
